Card payments
When you request card checkout, Stripe may use storage needed to securely process payments and prevent fraud. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by our site. Our essential session storage remembers the private order reference so you can return to your own payment request.
Chat storage
After you start a chat, local storage remembers your one conversation, its access key and message history so you can return to it in this browser. This storage is used only to provide the chat you request. It is not used for advertising. Clearing site storage removes the local conversation; you may request deletion of our separate records by email.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive, German TDDDG or the UK PECR. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for fresh consent before loading them.
