Scope
We provide social media and Telegram promotion services as described on this website or in an individual offer.
Orders and contract
A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (email). Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Card payment and billing
You may select a plan and submit your name, email and optional company details and comments. We email a pro forma payment request before card checkout. This is not a tax invoice or evidence of payment. Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew until cancelled; the checkout shows the recurring price and billing terms. The final invoice is issued following payment. Cancellation requests can be sent to hello@mihaimazilu.com; statutory withdrawal rights remain unchanged. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.
Your obligations
You confirm you own or are authorised to manage the accounts we promote, and that your content complies with law and platform rules.
No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to carrying out the agreed work with due care. Sales, revenue or algorithm outcomes on third-party platforms cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and injury to life or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Withdrawal
Consumers have the rights described in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Governing law and disputes
German law applies. Consumers in the EU or UK keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in consumer arbitration proceedings.
