Controller
Mazilu SEO, hello@mihaimazilu.com, +49 1521 6803642, is responsible for processing your personal data under the EU GDPR and UK GDPR.
Data we collect
When you use our contact form: your name, email address and message. When you order: billing and account details needed to deliver the service. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP address and browser type.
Website chat
When you start a chat, we store your name, email and correspondence in our private database. One conversation is also saved in your browser to let you return to it. New messages are emailed to our team; replies are saved in the conversation and emailed to you. Keep private conversation links confidential. Clearing browser storage removes your local copy, not our records; contact us to request deletion.
Orders and payments
For plan orders we store your name, email, optional company details and comments, selected plan, order reference and payment status. We email payment requests and order notifications. Stripe processes card and billing information to take payments and issue invoices; we do not store card numbers. Your private order link and the browser session reference allow you to reopen your own order. Keep these links confidential.
Purposes and legal bases
Answering enquiries and performing contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); meeting legal obligations such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)); securing our website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
Enquiries are deleted once no longer needed, normally within 24 months. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law (up to 10 years).
Recipients
We use carefully selected processors (hosting, database, email) bound by data processing agreements. Transfers outside the EU/UK rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, such as your local EU data protection authority or the UK ICO.
