Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal (EU & UK consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, as provided by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Services already started
If you expressly ask us to begin work during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you cancel part-way, you pay only for the share of work already delivered.
How to cancel
Email hello@mihaimazilu.com with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We do not charge fees for refunds.
Monthly plans
Subscriptions can be stopped at any time before the next billing date. The current paid period remains active until it ends.
Business customers
For B2B clients, cancellation terms are those agreed in the individual offer or our Terms & Conditions.
